It has been a great privilege to share the Just Being EQ course with so many amazing people. I would like to thank you for taking time out to introduce the EQ course. This has helped me in many aspects of my personal life as well as work, but most of all running. I am now aware of all the things around me, learning about the different feelings / sensations in my legs while running, some I never knew were there and mostly breathing, I’d always start fast and start panting, your type of breathing meditation helped me just relax and catch my breath for like a few seconds and id be able to go a further distance.

It’s also helped me in my day to day work. I’ve learned to control my anger and try to just relax when something upsets me, I’d close my eyes and breath 🙂

 I’ll definitely be using this forever and also try to practice it a lot more.

 Thanks once again and stay awesome 🙂

Thanks for the EQ course.  Pretty awesome stuff so far. Actually never knew it can be so beneficial/relaxing until I actually tired it. Even helps me sleep far easier at night, and helps with Cardio at gym( I hate cardio) but cool to use it and helps take my mind off the fact I’m running. Will definitely keep using it 🙂

Beyond work life, it has personally helped me with my management of anxiety, which has historically been a blocker to me working optimally. While it hasn’t removed it, I am managing it a lot better and preventing burn out.

I found being on the course with a team mate and working together on some of the exercises really improved our closeness and we have since had many honest and emotional conversations about the stresses we face, the future of the team and how to improve various situations.
